Attorney Scott Kalish

Scott is an experienced trial lawyer and co-founder of Kalish & Jaggars, PLLC, where his practice focuses exclusively on family and divorce law. Over the years, Scott has earned a reputation for his strategic approach, practical guidance, and deep empathy for the families he represents, along with our full team of attorneys. . Before founding Kalish & Jaggars, Scott served as a state prosecutor, where he personally handled a wide range of cases — from DUI to attempted murder, robbery, and drug trafficking — and tried nearly forty cases to verdict. After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, he joined a nationally recognized law firm representing billion-dollar corporations and major financial institutions in complex civil litigation, including business, construction, and commercial disputes.

Although working at a large firm provided valuable experience, Scott soon realized that his true passion was working directly with people and using his skills to make a meaningful difference in their lives. That realization inspired him to return to his roots and build a firm dedicated to guiding individuals and families through divorce, custody, and other family-law matters with compassion, clarity, and exceptional advocacy at our firm’s locations.
